Locked is "verrouillé" in french. When a palette is locked, we can see a small "L" in tab 23 and in direct selects.
But in the update dialogue box, when we try to update a locked palette, there is ‘V’ in parenthesis instead of "L" .
It's a bit confusing... 
Maybe it would be better to have "V" everywhere???
