Is this related to the follow/hang?
If you could explain your answer as if i am a person who knows nothing about ETC eos, that would be great. Thanks

Hi, another way to have discrete Times
"Multi part cues can be used to organize automated fixture data so that you can apply different times to different moves (focus moves slowly, but color snaps after a short delay). You can also use multipart cues instead of many individual cues triggered by wait times to create a series of fades"
The P is short for Part. They have nothing to do with Follow and Hang. Think of the parts and different sections of the same cue.
In your case the parts were used to apply different fade times to different channels.
Because the parts are sections of the same cue, you only press Go once. And also because it's one cue, each parameter can only change once overall.
Does that help?
