Sneak Augument3d Scenery

I've noticed in 3.2.9 that Augument3d scenery and movable scenery does not actually park when given the command. I can see that the channel is parked but when I sneak it the channel the actual scenic piece disappears in the model. Is this the current expected behavior? Or is this a bug being worked out? It would really be nice to be able to park scenery in the on or off position while working.
