Assign the Speed of the Strobe effect to a Fader?

Hello, we have the Element 2 Console and is there a way, to assign the Speed of the Strobe effect to a fader? Like if we have a strobe effect and want to have it on 6 Lights, is there a way to control the shutter strobe rate without having to do it manually? This would really help us out thanks!

The common way to achieve this to have an effect running and assign the fx rate to the fader: 
 Instead of using the device&lsquo;s strobe you create your own strobe by using an absolute effect. Cycle time should be less then a second. Depends on the strobe you want to see, but think about grouping as well . 
 record that into submaster and set the fader to fx rate. This way you can bump the strobe and speed it up or slow it down with the fader.
