try putting the file in the root folder of the thumb drive rather than having it in a sub folder.  I seem to remember having that problem in the past.

I have also had this problem, I solved it by formatting my Flash Drive on a windows machine (mac native) and then worked!

Initially when I un-zipped it, there was an "EosFamily_Console..."  folder that when you open that there was another EosFamily folder with a  "Setup.exe" file inside of that.  I moved the exe file into the main folder.  That's when the console recognized it.  Don't remember having to do anything like that the other times I upgraded, but then I can't remember. . ., uh, what was I talking about???

The "Eos_blah.exe" file has to be in the 'root' of the USB stick - it won't be found if it is in a subfolder.

Probably you just dragged and dropped the setup file last time instead of using the Windows 'Unzip' thing.

I always drag and drop the setup file out of the ZIP and onto my USB stick.
