Does anyone know which fixture profile you need to set on an ION 1000 a Shehds LED 250W LEKO CW WW 4Ch. I find in my library several profiles but all only does strobe I can't have just open only strobes

So what is happening? when you patch it and then bring the intensity up it is strobing? If this is the case then there will be a strobe function under the form section. This could be in the strobe function and not open. I also couldn't find the fixture on my nomad but I am a few versions behind on this computer.
So when I call the channel where the fixture is pair and click in the setting of that fixture give some options strobe option to open or close it is not there. Is another profile of 8 channels which the similar fixture profile but instead of Cw Ww is RGBA 8 ch so then the setting have strobe but does nothing if I click in home or open and give me colors but the fixture have no colors I basically need a fixture profile that one address is for Cw another for Ww another for Strobe
Ok so the profile in the manual is ch1 Master dimmer, ch2 is strobe, ch3 is dimmer (possibly WW or CW) and ch4 is a dimmer (the opposite one to ch3)
So to test this I would set up 4 dimmers and patch the fixture to them. ch1 to dimmer 1 ch2 to dimmer 2 and so on.
Then raise the first dimmer (master intensity) and then in turn the other dimmers and see what result you get. If you raise Dimmers 1+3 you should get some light unless the strobe ch (2) is open at full so in this case put ch 2 at full too.
Once your testing is done you can make a profile with the strobe ch falling under the form parameters and the others under intensity.
Let us know if this helps you.

First of all thanks so much for your help Let me see if I understand. I create a fixture profile with 4 Ch and assign each value to each ch?
Not quite. patch 4ch as dimmers say starting at universe 1/1 through 1/4. The set one of your lamps to address1 and then bring up each dimmer to see what it does. This will make it easier to create a profile for the lamp. Once you know how the lamp operates (like I think from above) then a fixture profile can be created.
Great I will try tomorrow morning

Here is a fixture profile to try. It has WW and CW under colour so you will need to bring up intensity and then add the colour using ML controls or colour encoders. The strobe is under form. Let us know how you get on.
How did you go with this?
Sorry I was without power in my theatre all morning I will try tomorrow
