ETC EOS Family Software locks to 80% intensity

Hi Guys, 
 
 I have ETC EOS software with Aladdin ALL-IN CONTROLLER got an issued by randomly with locks at 80% but i had set the intensity of 100%, it caps at 80% instead and need to reboot the software and devices.

Do you have a DMX tester available to find out what the intensity value is that the fixture receives? I can't think of a scenario where rebooting would change the console output from 80 to 100% while the console always had been set to 100.
