Aligning MLs

Question

I'm trying to align some inexpensive MLs before using A3D. I had to write my own Profile and I'm having problems setting the correct P&T ranges and in particular Home. I found an article that looks useful: "How to Calculate and Correct Pan Range in an Eos Fixture Profile". But can't find out how to display the screen parts it shows. They look very useful.

The top one is called Encoder Display, the bottom one is About. 
 Encoder Display on an Element might be accessible with Control Alt \, certainly is there on Nomad. About has its own button (or Y on an external keyboard).
