Face Panel Locked Out - But not.

Question

See attached picture. The main programming face panel is behaving as if it&rsquo;s locked out, but it&rsquo;s not. From best we can tell it&rsquo;s not stuck on stage either. 
 Faders work. External keyboard works. (We&rsquo;re programming with keyboard shortcuts cuts right now) 
 Mouse works. 
 Go/Stop both work. 
 The buttons along side the go/back/master etc all work. 
 The console booted up this way. Checked the shell and the settings. Can&rsquo;t find anything unusual. 
 Help!

Can you exit to Shell and then click on Settings and then click on right button „Maintenance“ and then scroll down and post a photo of the discovered hardware in the firmware window. We are looking to see if Facepanel is found there and what version of firmware it is.
If you do not see a face panel listed, it is possible that the Facepanel is stuck in bootloader mode and a call to your local ETC Dealer or ETC Office can help. www.etcconnect.com/Contact-Us.aspx
