DMX controller to a PC

I understand that this question is not fully related to ETC family consoles but would I be able to use a small DMX controller and connect it to my PC to use for EOS Augment3d?

Eos can take sACN input. So if the small DMX controller outputs sACN directly or you use a sACN node with input functionality, you can use this network input to control faders in Eos.
