I work in a small local theater, we have an Ion XE 20 lighting console. Recently it has stopped saving color parameter changes for our LED and mover lights. Any other changes made and saved to a cue (ie: intensity, location, gobos for the movers, effects, etc.) will save to cues, but if we change the color and save the cue, then go to launch said cue, the colors reset to default (white for LEDs and yellow for the movers. Any help would be appreciated. I looked on the site and could not find a solution that works.
Possible solutions we have tried are: rebooting the board, opening a fresh show file, disconnecting the extra fader board. These were the only solutions I could find on the site and none of them worked. Once again, any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
