Playback and Cue list grayed out in new iRFR update?

Hello,

I just updated my itouch and ipad with the new iRFR update. However the Cue List and Playback functions are grayed out when I connect to my board. I have an Ion running version 1.8.x. I know I am one update behind the most current (don't want to update during a show run). I can bring up the notes if I tap either of the grayed out options but cannot get the cue list or playback to show the current show.

I'm hoping I am just missing something simple. If anyone can help me out it would really be appreciated, I would love to have the Cue List and Playback functionality on my ipad.

Hi,

Could be that Cue Playback is disabled in Settings on your App.

I have checked that, everything in my settings menu is turned on. I'm wondering if there is a setting in the Ion's setup that has to be clicked to allow the iRFR to access the cue lists.

I think you need to upgrade to 1.9 before you will be able to take advantage of the new features of the remote. The remote was rewritten after 1.9 was released and I would suspect relies upon features implemented in 1.9.

well the app store shows pics of version 1.9 but shows it as version 1.42...so it thinks we are up-to-date....please fix

Druuka means the version of Ion software on the host console.

You will need to be running the latest release of both Ion and the iRFR to take advantage of all the new features.
