I'm sure this must have been reported before, but just in case not:
in a STEP effect, Step 1 THRU ENTER will select all the steps and let you edit them all simultaneously.
in an ABSOLUTE effect, Action 1 THRU ENTER puts Action 1 THRU 1 on the command line and you only have one line selected.
This is probably wrong!
