I'm seeing this too, but it's at 92%. 3.2.10 as well. Here's a video:
This worked fine in 3.2.9. It'd be nice to get this into 3.2.11.
Thank you for this additional video. But I still can't reproduce. It feels like the example video in 3.2.9 isn't showing a field arrangement set to Interior.
This is what I'm seeing in 3.2.9 as well as in 3.1.
