I am currently in the process of figuring out a nice workflow for triggering the Sound Department's Ableton Scene-list via MIDI.
The obvious way to do this is putting an execute in every cue where you want to send MIDI but the implementation using the MIDI Raw format seems pretty daunting to me (Picking out a MIDI note, converting this into MIDI Raw, and then editing every cue execute manually)
I was wondering if anyone here has a nice workflow for triggering large amounts of Midi send commands without having to constantly do MIDI to MIDI Raw conversions. I heard some people are using separate MIDI cuelists and I'm sure there are even more ways to do it.
Some input on how you use MIDI sends in your Shows would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
