Ran into an interesting situation this week while working with a Legacy Element console (XP which means limited to 2.9). When saving a Snapshot with All Workspaces selected the Snapshot disappears from the Snapshot "camera". In addition, I am finding that while on the console Tab 19 - Snapshots does not display the multiple columns as I have come to expect. I tested this behavior on a Nomad installation and when in Element 2 mode under the 2.9 code the multiple columns are not visible (and there are no SoftKeys beyond SK2 - All Wrkspcs). Opening the same tabs under EOS mode on Nomad does reveal the columns and all the SK options.
The obvious workaround is to just open the showfile under EOS on Nomad and restore the favorites settings, but if you are working at a console and have to stop to do this, it is a bit of pain. Note that under 3.2.10 in Element mode everything works as expected.
Understand that 2.9 is end-of-life but wanted to confirm if this was in fact intended behavior and if there are any other options when working on the console directly.
