Limit DMX values when for fine pan

I'm new to the technical side of stage lighting and am enjoying learning!  I've run into an issue that I can't seem to solve.

I bought Shehds 19x15 moving head fixtures understanding that I get what I pay for....
DMX 1 and 2 are used for pan.  Shehds firmware is bugged and fine LDMX values above 99 physically pan the fixture into the next DMX range which causes jumping when going from LDMX 255 to LDMX 0.  This results in terrible looking slow movements.  Video evidence shooting across a room to exagerate the movement.

Credit where credit is due:  Reddit thread https://www.reddit.com/r/lightingdesign/comments/1b03f8v/looking_for_feedback_and_information_on_shehds/

In this thread, one commenter mentions that they use a QLC+ for show control and found that he could use the Channel Modifier feature (normally used to do things like set prelight thresholds etc), you can tweak the 0-255 range to 0-99.  Is there an equivelant feature in ETC Nomad?  I've been attempting to do this in fixture properties, but can't seem to limit the dmx values to 0-99.  I'm basing this on the sACN Output Viewer which in my understanding shows what dmx values Nomad is actually sending out.

Remember: bugged firmware.

Bug #2 that I can live with, but would also be nice to fix.  Pan in Augment 3D is opposite of physical.  Inverting Pan on the fixture fixes the issue for DMX, but the LDMX value is not inverted which further amplifies the jumping movement since the LDMX values move in the opposite direction of the DMX movement... Is there a way to tell ETC to invert the DMX values it is sending over the line for LDMX only?

edited Bug #2 with more info.
