Bug report Eos 3.10 Mouse behavior on multiple monitors is inconsistent.

I am seeing an issue when using multiple monitors.

Using Nomad on my Windows laptop with external monitors.

My external ( nicely large ) display is mapped as two adjacent monitors on my system.  Let's call them monitor 1 and monitor 2.  Monitor 1 is set up as my main display in Windows configuration.

When I have an EOS window that spans both monitors, for some mouse operations, the mouse does not always work.

Example.  I am using direct selects.  I set up the control buttons to show "Use Select"

If the eos window is in monitor 1, I can place my mouse over the select target, The background changes color slightly, and I can select the target

If the eos window is in monitor 2, I can place my mouse over the select target, The background changes color slightly, and I can select the target

If the eos window is mostly in monitor 1, but the select target is in monitor 2, when I place my mouse over the select target, the background color does not change color, and the target cannot be selected.

If I move the eos window mostly to monitor 2, ( and the target is still in monitor 2)  the target becomes accessable.

I have seen similar issues using the online manual.
