How do I update "Four Port I/O Board HS"?

In the Shell (when you boot your console the bit where you can choose to start as Primary or Backup or Client) choose {Settings}, then on the top right choose {Maintenance}. Scroll to the bottom where you'll see a box that lists all components and their firmware. Select the I/O Board and click {Update} and follow the instructions.

Yes, thank you!  I didn't realize the update was already there and just needed installed.  I thought I had to find it online and download it still.
