esf3d file not working

What Eos version is running on your laptop? Start the software and with an empty command line open About (keyboard shortcut Y).

This is the file I am trying to open with EOS. 

I imported the file via usb stick and on my pc it has the EOS logo but on my laptop it comes out looking like this

Show us please a photo of the details list of that file on your laptop where we can see the extension the laptop thinks it has. Which Operating System is on the Laptop?

Ok well I fixed the icon not showing up 

1. I double click to open the file.

2. it pops up with options for Offline, Augment3d tether and so on.

3. When I open the file (using offline mode) it just shows up as an untitled page with no cues, fixtures or set. Btw the original file I had on my pc had cues, fixtures and a set.

So I was able to load your show on my laptop running Eos v3.2.10 and I see 4 Cues and some magic sheets? That seem like your missing stuff?



Before I recommend you downloading and installing the latest Eos v3.2.10 Software and trying that.
Could you try opening Eos Software on your laptop by clicking right on the Eos Software Icon and using "RUN AS ADMIN" to start it?
