MIDI through LAN for timecode?

Greetings,

Is it possible to use MIDI through LAN?

Case:

The objective is to use the Timecode function.

I have a Laptop with Reaper and LoopMidi and have the lightconsole Element or computer with EOS NOMAD and would like to put the Laptop communicating (sending) with/to the Element.

I know this is possible when using all software in the same computer.

I can put 2 diferent computers (one with EOS NOMAD, and other with Muliplay [similar to QLAB]) communicating by OSC to trigger cues but for timecode is diferent.

Is there anyway or do i have to buy hardware for this function?
