Is there a way to copy one cue to a bunch of others?

I have a show file with a large number of blackouts peppered through the file.

The SM has now decided to change all the B/Os to Blue-Outs.

If I modify one cue, is there a way to copy this to all the others?

Something like:-

CUE 5 COPY TO CUE 8 + CUE 14 + CUE 24 (and so on)

Otherwise I fear RSI having to copy them one at time sequentially through the showfile (and then changing them all back after the dress when they change their minds again).

  • Thanks, yes, I know the referenced palette short-cuts and use them all the time.

But you may have a good idea there if I can record a preset with zero intensities on everything.

What will happen after the dress is the director will say he doesn't like the Blue-Outs and wants them reverted to Blackouts. I won't be able to use a previous showfile because of all the other fiddly changes made at the tech.

If I can create a Blackout preset, I can revert easily (and maybe back again after he and the SM have an argument later).

I've always thought of presets (and CPs etc) as storing "light states" for me - never considered they could be used to store an "absence of light state"!  But why not?!?! Will give that a go!
