The console takes a very long time to boot — sometimes up to 10 minutes. Occasionally, during startup, it shows an error and goes directly to the BIOS screen. Other times, the console boots normally, and I can control my lights without issue. However, even when it boots, after some time it shuts down by itself and goes back to the BIOS screen. Sometimes I also get a blue screen error during startup. The software version was outdated, so I updated it to the latest version (3.2.12), but unfortunately, this did not solve the problem.
I have already sent an email to ETC technical support, but I have not received a response. I am waiting for your assistance regarding the image file.
I tried ETC Recovery as well, but I encountered an error with that too.
