Bug: About address won't stay scrolled down

Eos 3.3.0

To reproduce:

Open About in the CIA or a small frame. Select an address. Try scrolling down using the scroll bar. The display immediately scrolls to the top.

Workaround: Open About in a large frame so there is no need to scroll
