Effect is being weird, is this a bug?

Included are: video of the effect jumping between channels and not behaving like expected, content of submaster, submaster config, effect configuration. If it helps, if I change the background value of the channels from 100 to 55, the portion of FX applies increases. It appears that whenever the FX value is above the background value, the FX appears in live table visually.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this shouldn't be expected behavior. It both looks weird and if the background value is 100, nothing happens, while the FX should still force channels between 50 and 100. Nowhere in the FX is background value used as an intensity level.

  • Also, If I put the fader on P5 instead of P4, then the effect doesn't turn off when I do Go To Cue Out.

And if I then manually type Effect At Enter, the effect stops but I get a red valued 'stop' in live table intensity column, like a stop effect command you would see in blind cue, except in live table due to a manual command. Can anyone make sense of this?
