Ion XE to Obsidian Netron N12 Sacn not connecting

I have an Ion XE running Sacn to a Netron N12 node. Main console IP is default (10.101.100.20), Backup console IP is 10.101.100.21. Netron is addressed at 10.101.100.25. Netron status lights are flashing blue(DMX lost). The console and backup recognize each other. When I Ping the Netron it responds. Have I missed something?

    How are the IonXe and Netron physically connected? Via Switch or aswitches? Are they managed? What are Make/Models of Switch(es)?

    What exactly do you mean „not connecting“? IonXe and Netron will not connect to be seen in Concert. 

    If you mean, the Netron is not outputting DMX… What is patched in Ion?which channels are not outputting but should? Send screenshots of IonXe patch to see patch into
