Requesting a new Fixture Personality

I know i can make one in the patch and i will start with a Clay Paky Alpha Profile 1200 and copy and edit it, so i can turn it into Profile 1500.

But since my show isn't for a few week and i actually have a bit of time i was going to request a personality, but i could find no where to do this. I'm sure i'm just being a bit blind and need pointing in the right direction.

Anne, what is the process for doing this. As I keep selling Element Consoles in my area, I want to make sure I have the profiles for the LED's that we are getting in our rental department. I am looking mostly for Chauvet Colorado1Tours and Colorado Batten 72.

Best way to request a profile is to drop me an email at anne.valentino@etcconnect.com. Need to know the fixture you need, a .pdf of the manual if you have it (sometimes it can be hard to find the documentation) and a date that you need it.
