I want to patch a single channel to two RGB tapes. But I want them to be on different DMX ranges.
(I have a DMX decoder box that has thirty output addressees (or ten x 3 for RGB).
Although it would be simpler merely to connect RG&Bs for the two tapes in parallel to the same outlets I was wondering if I could enter the two ranges against one channel like this
Channel 176 to effect DMX 145-147 and 215-217.
Does this even make sense?
