BUG? Go /Back and Load Button unresponsive

Question

Hi all, 
 On an Apex 10 Multi console sytem the go/back and the cue load buttons above the masterplayback became unresponsive. The Masterplayback was up (before you ask). Drop to shell did not fixed, a reboot did. Log files are available.
