Hello! We have discovered an issue on shows with 1000 channels or more, where sometimes a mark may not happen. The core issue has been present since v3.3.0, but was exacerbated by a change in our build pipeline for v3.3.3, making the issue more likely to be encountered. Because of the severity of the issue, I have taken the rare step to de-list Eos v3.3.3 on our website.
Again, this issue is only seen for shows with 1000 channels or more, and is encountered inconsistently. If you are concerned about hitting this bug, there is a fix in Eos v3.3.4 build 8 beta, currently available on our beta site. If you still need access to Eos v3.3.3 and will not be affected by this issue, you can search our website to find it - it is just no longer posted on our main pages.
In addition to this fix, we are working to mend a few additional field issues which were introduced in v3.3.0, and have recently become apparent. For full details, please visit the Eos v3.3.x Beta Forum. We intend to release Eos v3.3.4 in the coming days.
As always, we work diligently to test all of Eos when we develop new features and make changes. Eos v3.3.0 had significant improvements for device health, synchronization, and optimizations across our platform, and was the result of 2+ years of software development. But like all software, no test effort can be perfect, which is why when we encounter issues on shows, we are quick to respond with targeted, low-risk patch builds. If you have questions, never hesitate to reach out.
