My Element Classic 40/250 Windows 7 console is having the following problem: it's working as if it were a 60/250.
When I move slider 01, it acts as channel 21 on the screen, and the display shows 3 lines of channels instead of 2. When changing pages, it goes to channel 61. I don't know if it's a setting I can modify or if I need a specialist
