Having some issues with our Tetra2’s not recalling zoom values from presets. When we programmed the cues pre dinner everything looked and ran fine, but when we came back for the evening session, the tetras wouldn’t recall correctly from the recorded preset. This is in a college and seemingly I’m not the first to have this issue in the building with these lights, and until now people have managed by recalling from one of the other tetras, however it’s all 4 in my case, and they all have different zoom values in the preset.
I suspect that it may be operator error, especially since our tutor doesn’t really know enough about the tetras/programming to properly help us with this issue - so I’m turning to here in the hopes someone may know what we are doing wrong (and hopefully it’s just operator error and not faulty lamps)
We are using them in M6 23cell. Have them in two different universes with the other fixture of the universe acting as expected.
