Currently Eos supports a maximum of one template showfile at a time. If you think this should be changed you're welcome to leave a feature request here: Eos Family Feature Requests
Why not make a show file with all the patching etc. for each location. Maybe some subs loaded and save that as a base file for that location. Just pull it up when on site and make any changes for that show/evening. Save under a temp name if need be.
