Swapping Screens and Lamp Control on ION

I have a chance to play with the EOS family consoles. After playing with the EOS, now it came to the ION. Here are some problems I encountored this morning.

1. Since I have only one touch screens (Using a dual screen config), the old swap screen function could be useful in this case. However, after going to 1.9 the swap key is the tab key now. Does it mean there will be no more Swap function??

2. Also, I have tried patching some moving ligths on the console but I have a problem finding the lamp control key to similate the lamp on/ lamp off and other lamp control functions.

Anyone could help.?

by the way, I am in Hong Kong, anyone on this forum living some where near??

With the swap screen function, what you can now do is move tabs around both screen.

Hold down tab then page left or right to move that specific tab.

Lamp on is found in the about.

When your channel(s) is selected, press about the at the bottom of the CIA their is a button that is lables Lamp Controls, press that and you have all your lamp options.

Still, Since the CIA is not a 'Tab', if it is not on the touch screen initially, it will not be on the touch screen, ins't it?

Billy, in Ion, the CIA components appear on the external monitors - since Ion doesn't have internal touchscreens. There is an expand/collapse function for this. On Ion, the lamp controls only appear under the about feature (lamp controls are also available on Eos as a softkey .... but we ran out of softkeys on Ion in the channel selection condition).
