How do I identify files from older versions and duplicate them?

Hi All, 
 I have an Element 2. I have upgraded it from 2.8 to 2.9 to 3.0, to 3.1 to 3.3. 
 Now I have a student with an older Mac cpu who wants to view my files, but can't load any EOS newer then 2.9. 
 How do I identify which of my file storage is version 2.9 or older, and how can I access the file on the hard drive? 
 My Element 2 is needed each & every day until Christmas, and I don't want to unload the current show file, just to search the 
 previous files one at a time, and sneaker-net them over to the older student Mac.

Hi here is what a quick search uncovered 
 Show Files 
 
 .esf : Standard Eos show file (older versions). 
 .esf2 : Eos show file compatible with versions 2.9.0 and higher, without Augment3d models. 
 .esf3d : Eos show file for versions 3.0.0+, including Augment3d data.

There are two ways to access showfiles without loading them in Eos: 
 
 In the shell go to Setup > Maintenance and look for the File Manager, or 
 In the shell in Setup > General activate file sharing for the show archive and then access it from a networked computer
