I'm trying to understand this and I think the profile is flawed.
The A2 has no control parameters other than on/off. Manual says 1-100% on Pump & Blower. (Humidity is spot-on)
The legacy XP console had no A2 profile. My home has this A2 profile. Currently downloading Eos 3.3.4 to see if update. (but it's taking forever)
The A4 Profile is similar and may be what I go with, but this profile seems bugged. Am I wrong?

The current profile (Eos 3.3.4.21) has exactly those three parameters and the ranges match as well.
You could edit the profile to remove the ranges and just use 10-255 as 0-100% for Fog and Fan, but the me the library profile seems to be exactly what the manual lists. As long as you have the ranges and want to use the ML Controls you'll have to click the Fog and Blower boxes to show the encoder.

Yeah, those two ranges are different. The Eos profile has what you call a proportional range:
For the DMX values 11-255 Eos uses the user values 0-100.
