OOS sync on multiple cue list and macro

Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding OOS Sync. What I’m trying to achieve is very simple, but I can’t seem to make it work, and the documentation is quite unclear on this point.

I have one main cue list (1/) and 8 other cue lists (11/–18/) that I would like to synchronize.

How do you enable OOS Sync so that all of these cue lists are synchronized together?

Also, is it possible to create macros to enable or disable OOS Sync on the fly, cue list by cue list?

Thank you very much.

  • Hi Nino.

OSS Sync should be a softkey if you have "Execute" in the commandline.

    In Blind Cue or Live:
Cue 1/ Execute (More SK) {OOS Sync Enable}.
You should be able to learn this into a Macro or create the Macro yourself since you can find the OOS Sync Softkey in the Macro editor under "Softkeys"

I've never worked with OOS Sync myself, but to me, it looks like this is Global for all Cuelists that are getting triggered. If you want more control for playback behaviour with linked Cue lists, Solo Mode may be a viable option.

    Hope this helps.
