There's also a virtual keyboard that you can use with the mouse. It's under Virtual Controls in the CIA.

When you install the software, the hotkeys list also installs along with it!

You an find it in Documents\ETC\EOS and then you can find the file in their for EOS/ION and Element

And in case that's not enough, you can hold F1 and hit ; (semicolon) to see a list.
