Bug? - Proportionally Patching a channel changes it's value in the cues in the opposite direction

I've noticed in both versions 3.3.2 and 3.3.4 (haven't tried 3.3.5 as I'm working on a show that was built in a prior version), when I proportionally patch a channel, it changes the recorded values (which is weird), but in the opposite direction (which is extra weird).

EX: Ch 1 Proportion 80% - while in patch, this does what I want the light to do visually.

When I go back to Live and reload the cue I was sitting in, that channel goes up from 25% to 31.25%, therefore putting it back at what it looked like before I started the proportional patch.

When I go to take the proportion off the channel, and reload the cue, the channel goes back to it's previously recorded 25% value and looks as it did.

I don't remember proportional patch ever working this way in the past, and can't find any documentation on the change if it is intentional.
