I know this is probably a dumb and simple fix, but I am my wits end, and cannot figure out what or why things are happening the way they are on my console.
I share a theater with another school, and got an email from my theater manager today with a persistent issue that has been plaguing them for the last week. When the console turned on all the lights on stage would turn on, and would not move. They tried moving through different saved shows, and no matter what they tried it wouldn't turn on. I went over to look at it today and figured there was a channel that was parked that was causing the issues.
I found several channels in the 900's (920-924? and 999) that were parked and after unparking 999 the lights turned off. When i went to go through other lights only the ones on stage left turned on. I tried loading a different, show unparking the rest of the channels, resetting the console, etc. but nothing I did helped, and eventually got to the point where none of the lights turned on.
I figure I accidentally unparked something that told my dimmers to stay on, but for the life of me cannot figure out what I need to do to fix it.
My console says the channels that were parked are manual channels but am unsure what that means or what they do.
