Learn Alert Time SK bug

Question

After pressing [Learn] to get {Learn Alert Time}, pressing [More SK] clears the learning (therefore changes the softkeys), so it's impossible to select without a touchscreen or a mouse. Has existed I think from creation of Alert times or has been an issue for more than a year. Thanks

In my quick check I always see {Learn Alert Time} as 1st level softkey, i.e. accessible without [MoreSK]. 
 Depending on hardware the softkey mapping is sometimes different. Because not all hardware has the same hardkeys which is why those missing buttons might also populate some softkeys. Which hardware are you using?
