Bug - Merging Overrides Magicsheet Background

Running 3.3.4 B21 
 
 I've noticed my magicsheet backgrounds are being replaced when I merge data from another showfile. 
 
 Eg. Even if I selectively merge Effects 1 > 10 from another showfile, it will also merge in/replace magicsheet backgrounds.

I couldn't make this happen in a quick test. Could you please send both showfiles (the source and the target of the merge) to eos(dot)moderator(at)etcconnect(dot)com? I'll try reproducing with your files.
