Having an issue with our lighting system. We have an Eos master and backup, and use a puck for programming. These all sync correctly, however we are now having issues with our client viewing Mac with nomad dongles. We use these for our designer view.
From the mac and EOS we are able to ping to all consoles and macs, however the showfile wont show up now on the macs and let me connect to the master. I have tried 3 macs at version macOS Sequioa 15.7.2. All of the EOS software version (3.3.4 build 21) and fixture library (3.3.0.239) matches across all consoles, pucks and what has been installed on each of the Macs.
On the macs all firewalls are off, wifi is off and the ethernet is a static IP, but we have tried a DCHP generated IP address too.
This issue has only started recently, but I cannot figure out any differences.
