Go / Back buttions not working on Programming Wing w/Nomad Puck

We, Lamplighters Theater in La Mesa, CA, are using a Programming Wing with a nomad puck while our Ion board is being repaired. Yesterday the Go / Back buttons stopped working after we move the system from booth into house for a tech rehearsal. We think the cue stack is not loaded, assumption, but don't know how to reload it on Wing as command is CUE 1 / 1 Load but Wing doesn't have a [LOAD] button. Tried re-booting and that didn't work. space bar on aux keyboard does work as a go. Thoughts?

[Load] is labelled [Master] on the Programming Wing hardware. But since you say that space bar on an external keyboard works, I don't think loading the cuelist will solve your problem. Of course do try it, but if it still doesn't work after reloading, please exit to the shell and under Setup > Maintenace and perform a Peripheral Test to check if the physical Go buttons works.
