Ran into a snag with my pixel maps which is almost certainly user error. I can turn on my pixel maps and see them live and in Augment3d, but I can't record them into cues - the basic pixel channels nor the virtual control channels. When I load the workbook file from the VMS lessons, I can record just fine in there. In my showfile, regular fixtures record just fine, just anything pixel related doesn't.
I have channels 601-658 patched as LED RGB fixtures, all with DMX addresses. 661 thru 665 are the media channels - server, two layers, and two effect layers. I did adjust my partitions with this show, but I'm currently working as user 1 in partition 901 - all channels.
If I have manual data in my pixels channels - either just in the VMS channels or in the actual pixel channels, none of it is recorded in a cue. If I try to update a cue with the changes, it tells me my channel list is empty.
I had this trouble during my show last weekend, but I just dropped the VMS channels in a submaster and it worked fine on the faders.
