APEX FP - Fader touchscreen not responding to touches

Question

Hi! 
 We just had our new APEX FP delivered on Wednesday, and noticed the fader display is not responding to touch at all. 
 Seemed odd that it wouldn't, so checked the spec sheet, it is supposed to be a haptic touch display. 
 Is there a setting that needs to be changed for this to be active?

The display itself does have this functionality, the software however currently doesn't use it. That's why it's deactivated, just like on the other Apex consoles.
