Running 3.3.5 build 69 on Gio classic. Randomly the encoders get stuck in clutched or snap mode for every page of the parameters. It happens with no apparent reason. Yesterday it was the second encoder. Today it was the first encoder. The board got turned off overnight. Yesterday I was able to get it unstuck by going to a page with snap parameters then back to color or pan and tilt. Today wheel 1 was unable to get unstuck in that way and it became normal on its own somehow. For pan and tilt its in snap mode/very fine mode. This now happened twice in a row. Is this a known issue? I did the panel test in the shell and all encoders respond and function as they should back and forth from snap to normal modes. I am in tech of the show so unable to do the test when the wheel is acting up.
