They should be simple keyboard caps that should just snap back on, if it doesn't, then the button itself might have had the post snap off, which would require repair. Post a photo might help, but my guess is that youll need to contact your dealer for a repair order, and a loaner console to be provided.
So it looks on the video as if there are a couple of prongs on the cap itself. My problem then is that they are broken off my keycap. is it possible to just get a replacement Enter Key without ordering an entire set?
