Mark enable/disable syntax just toggles marking rather than enabling it

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature, but either way it would be super useful to have it remedied!

Currently my "create mark part" macro will create a part 20, set part 20 to be a mark, go into live and label it. Depending on whether I have set the cue to be marking before running the macro, other cue parts might also be marks. It would be super useful to have "mark disable" work as syntax so that I can categorically set part 1 as not a mark, without having to go back and remedy it after running the macro, wasting time in tech!

Thanks in advance, apologies if this is an intended feature.
