When in Patch > Database if you tap on any of the Text fields (inadvertently in my case!) and then Notes the keyboard appears to enter the Note as expected.
Entering a simple note for example "Upstage" results is no note being added but the TextN field is populated with "Notes Upstage" (including the literal "Notes")
Similarly tapping on a TextN field and then any other TextN field puts "TextN" in the first one followed by whatever keyword you selected. e.g. Tap Text4, then Text7, then "Luminaire Incandescent" - Text7 remains blank and Text4 is populated with "Text7 Luminaire Incandescent"
